Opportunity Assessment
The first of two deliverables in the Strategic Visioning Project, the Opportunity Assessment is a document that captures CalArts’ greatest aspirations for the future. Incorporating ideas from within the CalArts community and beyond, the Opportunity Assessment is a record of the many transformational possibilities for the Institute.
Strategic Framework
The Strategic Visioning Project culminates with the Strategic Framework, an actionable and measurable roadmap for how the institute can prioritize and tackle some of the opportunities and challenges laid out in the opportunity assessment over the next 5-10 years.
